Career Path
A career path cannot be a formula or a set of boxes to check off to get to the next level. A career is more about the significance of your contribution, not a title someone gives you. At Saunders we believe a career is about making a difference, and how you use your influence. It is something that a company should help facilitate, but not hold the ultimate responsibility. Each Saunders’ employee is accountable to motivate and influence their own career path. Here at Saunders we are committed to our employee’s career growth through:
- Performance Reviews and Core Competencies: Saunders will provide clear and detailed feedback about both what is going well and where opportunities for grown and improvement lie. We are continually working on refining and clarifying the core competencies to become a more measurable communication tool.
- Coaching: This self directed time is an important opportunity to focus upon growing in different skill sets.
- Training, Classes and Learning Opportunities: These trainings are to give employees opportunities to expose themselves to new things. Dick Saunders says “Grow or die.” This is part of being a Saunders Employee. We aspire to be an organization made up of people who are passionate about growing and developing both as individuals and as an organization. This kind of growth will only lead to new levels of success.
