Performance Reviews and Core Competencies

Saunders will provide clear and detailed feedback about both what is going well and where opportunities for growth and improvement lie. We are continually working on refining and clarifying the core competencies for each position to make it a more measurable communication tool.

Coaching and Mentoring

We recognize that experience is a powerful learning tool. That’s why here at Saunders we promote a collaborative environment both externally and internally. We have mentors that act as a guide, providing advice and instruction for career growth. This self directed time is an important opportunity to focus upon growing in different skill sets.

Training, Classes and Learning Opportunities

We have regular training sessions held throughout the year. These sessions can be led by both veteran employees and professional outside instructors. These trainings are to give employees opportunities to expose themselves to new things. Dick Saunders says “grow or die.” This is part of being a Saunders employee.
