How We are Organized

Saunders has long been known as an innovative company. We have taken our long tradition of project collaboration with customers, designers, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers and focused it to provide a higher, more specialized level of service.

By forming Business Groups that concentrate on specialized markets, we have become, and are continuing to evolve into an organization that truly understands the unique aspects of delivering high value construction on specialized, complex and challenging projects. Our customers are demanding that we are experts not just in construction but also in their industry and exact project type. Our Business Groups immerse themselves in the industry from more than just the typical construction perspective, by learning how our customers like to operate and becoming a part of the industry through things like association / organizational involvement and trade shows. With this kind of internal expertise Saunders teams reduce or eliminate the learning curve most construction companies go through on specific project types.

In addition to that value we offer a single point of contact through the Business Group Leader. The Business Group Leader is the Saunders expert for a given market and has unparalled expertise that allows our customers and industry associates to get fast answers and dialogue around project concepts as well industry challenges.

Finally, the Business Group concept helps us to complete our mission around reputation and relationships. We are a relationship focused organization and having this kind of precise knowledge equates to deeper and longer lasting relationships with our customers and industry associates.
