Saunders Construction’s Commercial Services is responsible for delivering large commercial projects - with the exception of Healthcare and Retail. The project types are extremely diverse. They range from data centers and art museums to sports venues and warehouses. Like the company itself, Commercial Services prides itself on its reputation of commitment to our customers and industry through integrity and honesty. We are a true builder not a broker, and have the ability to perform certain portions of work. This, matched with our schedule-driven mentality, equates to the expertise to deliver large and complicated projects with speed and quality.

We are known for no-surprises preconstruction services and claims-free general contracting and construction management on time, every time. Our people are best-in-class construction professionals; we listen to our customers, and add value to each project through our knowledge, ideas, and experience. By acting as a partner and not just a Construction Manager, we are an extension of our customer’s team, creating a transparent process and open communication.
