Concrete Services
Saunders Concrete Services is a specialized group within the Saunders organization, staffed by people who thoroughly understand concrete. We are organized to give our clients access to Saunders’ proven preconstruction capabilities and to deliver a smooth job, on-time performance, and meticulous cost management on every assignment.
As a client advocate, we take time to study each project and understand what it will take to get it built successfully, taking every quirk and detail into account. We work closely with the design team to analyze size and layout. By being involved early on in the design phase, we are able to provide ideas and insight before any major design work has begun.
We explore and price design alternatives, looking for ways to trim costs and save time without compromising quality. We evaluate constructability and determine alternative methods to lessen costs and increase quality. We make costs comparisons analyzing form work, mix designs, reinforcing, and labor.

Cutting Edge Concrete Technology
At Saunders, we value the technology available today and use it to provide consistency and accuracy in the preconstruction process. We currently utilize Building Information Modeling Software such as Revit Structure. Additional tools include: On-Screen Take-Off and custom concrete estimating software.
Safety
We have a formal concrete-specific safety training program directed by our safety manager. We hold multiple pre-task meetings and weekly job site safety meetings as well.
