Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center
This 551,000 sf state-of-the-art hospital was constructed via a joint venture relationship in approximately 26 months. The initial phase of the 74-acre, multiple owner campus included the main 166 bed, five floor hospital, an adjacent diagnostic and treatment facility, two medical office buildings totaling approximately 320,000 sf, a central utility plant for the campus, a fully equipped imaging center and over 2,300 ground level parking spaces.
The buildings are cast-in-place concrete structures with brick, metal and glazing for the exterior panels. Two of the hospital’s primary features are a southeast facing two-story glass atrium main entry and west facing mountain views from each patient room.
