Alumax Technical Center & Addition
This building serves as the international and research/development facility for materials manufactured by Alumax. Located on a three acre site, the 50,000 sf structure has 20,000 sf of office and lab space and 30,000 sf of high-bay mechanical testing and machine shop areas. The precast exterior panels were sprayed to give them a textured finish. The fast-track project was completed in 5.5 months and delivered 1.5 months ahead of schedule.
