Grand Hyatt - 26th Floor Renovation
This 9,940 sf fast track project included the demolition and remodel of the entire 26th floor, two presidential suites, and several VIP suites at the Grand Hyatt in Downtown Denver.
The carpet and wallpaper are custom products made in Europe. The flooring in the Grand Club, elevator lobby & presidential suites is Caribbean Rosewood. All doors, wood trim, and other wood finishes are American Black Walnut. Stone Tile and Granite countertops are used through out the rooms.
