This new 335,000 sf, 17-story office building is located near the Millennium Bridge in Lower Downtown Denver. The project includes a 17-story office tower, approximately 875 parking spaces in a 6-story above grade parking garage, approximately 325 parking spaces in a 1-level below grade parking structure beneath the entire site, and 24,000 sf of ground floor retail. This project has been pre-certified LEED Gold.
