Office
Saunders has built $821 million worth of Class A and B office space, consisting of over 9 million square feet.
I want to take this opportunity to commend the Saunders organization for a job well done. Too many times we get wrapped up in the day to day of the project and lose site of what was really accomplished. The big picture is that the project was completed in 10 months. This was no small undertaking. The project team should be commended on a job well done. The Wells Partnership and the entire NEON organization want to thank Saunders Construction on this accomplishment.

Greenwood Village Office Building
Two white precast office buildings totaling over 180,000 sq. ft. were built for software developer, NEON. Each floor is equipped with access flooring. The three-story first building and five-story second building are connected by an impressive 70 feet high, five-story glass atrium with custom fabricated steel sunscreens. To complete the campus setting, a four-level parking structure was constructed adjacent to the offices. The mechanical and electrical systems were developed using the design-build format.
