Lucent Technologies Campus
These three sleek white precast buildings, totaling 625,000 sf, were designed to accommodate 3,200 employees. Located on 37-acres, each of the buildings has full curtain wall elements and spandrel glazing along with emergency UPS and backup systems. The campus has a fitness center, cafeteria, an executive training center and state-of-the-art teleconferencing. Including the build-out of the tenant finish, the impressive campus was completed in 21-months.
