Eldorado Ridge
These two, 4-story office buildings have 112,000 sf each and are located on a 14-acre site with panoramic views of the Flatirons. Constructed with precast concrete, the two buildings were completed in 10-months.
Mountain View Corporate Center
Constructed with structural and architectural precast, the Mountain View Corporate Center consists of four buildings total 573,000 sf. Buildings 1, 2 and 3 have 3-stories, and construction work on the projects included the build-out of the tenant finish and surface parking. Building 4 has 4-stories and was the final building completed in this three phase project.
EPIC I at Interquest
This project is a 152,430 sf, 5-story, class “A” office building at Interquest Park in Colorado Springs. Built by Colarelli Saunders, LLC, the core/shell consists of precast concrete panel and a glass curtainwall system designed to reflect and emulate the scenic mountain views just to the west of the project.
The Pointe at Inverness
Situated on a 10-acre parcel in the Inverness Office Park, this uniquely shaped 4-story, 195,000 sf precast structure has a below grade 35,000 sf parking level. White architectural precast spandrels and columns with aqua colored glass make up the exterior. An expansive 1-story lobby is comprised of stone floors with carpet insets and stone walls.
First Data at Meridian
Schedule was the driving force on this project for the data communications giant. The fast-track, 216,000 sf office building, underground parking structure and tenant finish was completed in just 13 months. Utilizing a precast and glass curtain-wall exterior glazing system, the building has a state-of-the-art security system, UPS power system, along with a kitchen and cafeteria. The newest technology for a voice and data cable distribution system was installed and connects all areas of the building allowing the tenant the flexibility to completely re-configure the interior space without incurring the usual re-cabling expense and disruption.
Oracle Center
This extraordinary 5-story building with a 6th floor mechanical penthouse has an adjacent 2-story open parking garage. The 97,700 sf precast concrete building has an aluminum curtain wall system with gray heat strengthened glazing. Two cranes erected the precast panels at a record pace, completing the building in 9 months. At its peak, the top of the building is 100 feet above the first floor.
