I recently had the pleasure of working with Saunders Construction on the Seasons of Cherry Creek. This was my first experience with Saunders, and I hope that I will have many more chances to work with them! In the beginning of the project, Saunders worked very hard to accomplish the owner's cost goals, without compromising on the building objectives. As the project began construction, Saunders worked hard to keep the design integrity intact. The project team looked ahead to the next step in the construction process so that issues could be resolved before they became barriers to accomplishing the owner's and the designer's objectives. Saunders was thoughtful and thorough in constructing the building envelope and in finishing the interiors. The Seasons of Cherry Creek
This new 215,000 sf, 13-story apartment building is located near the Cherry Creek Mall in Denver. The project includes a 13-story residential tower with a single-level below grade parking garage with 66 parking spaces attached to an existing parking structure. This project is the first apartment community accepted into Built Green® - Colorado’s Multifamily Pilot Program.
