Below are select projects currently under construction.
CU Center for Community
The Center for Community is a new 315,000 sf dining center, student service office space and parking structure in the heart of the CU Boulder campus. The goal of co-locating these programs is to create a new and unique opportunity for students to become exposed to and receive the support services provided by the university on a daily basis. This project is scheduled to be complete Fall 2010 and is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
