Architectural Coordination
To facilitate the pace of project design and construction, Saunders has two licensed architects on staff who can be assigned to any job as required, from schematic design through the completion of construction. Previously experienced as architectural project managers, they understand the responsibilities of the Architect and Engineers of Record, and apply their knowledge towards document review and constructability in the preconstruction, construction, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) services at Saunders.
Our Architectural Coordinators understand programming, design, code, and specification requirements that influence the decisions architects and engineers make to complete a building design. Versed in all building systems from foundations to finishes, they provide a truly unique service that ensures full-service coordination, quality, and delivery.
