What’s more, 40 percent of our superintendents have more than 15 years of Saunders experience. These are industry experts who understand the importance of craftsmanship. Our system of in-house mentoring helps to ensure continuity of standards and values from project to project.

Self Performed Work

In today's specialized world many general contractors have become trade brokers and construction managers. Saunders is a builder, not a broker. We have a large, experienced field force made up of true constructors – talented individuals who know how to build and understand construction as an integrated process from the ground up. With over 300 foreman, carpenters and laborers, we have the ability to self-perform the following critical portions of work:

• Selective demolition
• Cast-in-place concrete
• Rough carpentry
• Door, frame and hardware installation
• General labor (including layout, clean-up, maintenance of safety enclosures and barricades, etc...)
